Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage EDI data flow, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and IS. The role supports production control and requires strong problem solving and communication skills.

The position emphasizes accurate data handling in AIM Vision, daily EDI processing, and timely release management to ensure on-time supplier performance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two years production and inventory control experience.
• One year continuous work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer data via EDI mailbox daily.
• Coordinate with Customer/Supplier and IS when EDI is not received.
• Update EDI data into AIM Vision daily; run MRP weekly.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide releases to Suppliers.
• Coordinate new part numbers with Engineers and Customers.
• Maintain contact lists and monitor ECNs with Production Control.
• Provide weekly releases to Suppliers to support production.
