Trove Brands, a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle, Owala, Whiskware, and Eco-Brite, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our grocery sales team at the Lehi, Utah HQ.

This in-office role supports the sales process, manages client relationships, prepares proposals and contracts, conducts market research, maintains the CRM, and helps forecast sales—all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment for national clients.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential grocery customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Maintain the CRM system and accurate records of accounts and activities.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts based on market trends and demand.
• Analyze grocery sales performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for business development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the grocery sales team.
