Hilton is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant for the Waldorf Astoria Maui/Grand Wailea property. You will support the Sales & Marketing team with daily administrative tasks and coordinate travel for department managers, while delivering the warm, guest-focused service Hilton is known for.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative/coordinator experience.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and internal communications.
Answer phones, manage emails, and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for department managers.
Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc projects as needed.
