Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support guest services operations and coordinate department activities.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
• Greet guests and assist with directions, local tips, and information.
• Prepare group documentation and ensure timely delivery of guest amenities and luggage.
• Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
• Provide clerical support including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
