Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Maui at Grand Wailea is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury resort team. This casual, 2-3 day per week role involves greeting guests, driving sales, and providing product guidance in a high-end retail setting.

Applicants should have at least six months of customer service experience, be able to work a 10-hour shift, and maintain an open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided and opportunities to grow within Hilton.

• 10-hour shifts; 2+ days with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to drive sales.
• Be a product expert offering guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
• Wrap merchandise and fulfill orders for shipments.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock levels.
