Job summary

Landers Appliance, LLC in Maryland is hiring a full-time Customer Service / Sales Associate to help customers choose appliances, answer questions, and coordinate orders with installers.

You’ll train on HUB, shadow seasoned reps, and advance as you prove yourself; Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with paid training, health insurance, PTO, and a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred — retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning new software (we'll train you on HUB).
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability.
• No appliance industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced sales reps and install coordinators to learn the workflow.
• Assist customers in selecting products and processing quotes and orders.
• Own portions of the customer relationship and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Learn HUB hands-on and expand responsibilities as you prove yourself.
