Job summary

Forza Steel USA in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Sales Admin to manage the order cycle from order entry to delivery at the Brownsville facility. The role requires accuracy, diplomacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle order entry, inventory checks, PO and sales reporting, and coordination with sales teams and customers. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel) is expected, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting.
• Proficient with SAP.
• Some pipe or steel experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reviews available inventory in plant and warehouse.
• Generates a Sales Order Report from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer.
• Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO.
• Generates PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO.
• Generates daily sales report at the end of each day.
• Reviews with sales persons their weekly sales objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
