- Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Japanese/English Bilingual Preferred
- Client: Japanese IT Consulting Company
- Location & Working Style: Remote in California or Midwest; must visit clients in Southern CA and Midwest
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (DOE)
- Benefits: Full benefits (Insurance, PTO, 401K)
- Visa Support: No
- Working Hours: 9-5
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profit growth in the US market, aligning with the 1-year sales plan
- Manage IT/Technology services and projects efficiently
- Achieve sales cycle targets by targeting potential and current customers
- Expand market share and develop the xxx business market
- Monitor and report on financial and general KPIs
- Report to management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and leverage a network for market and business trend insights
- Manage sales accounts and vendors, ensuring operational control
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in client-facing technical roles, such as customer success or account management, with high customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in making presentations and product demos
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills
- Knowledge of IT/Technology industry is a plus
- Understanding of financial KPIs
- Japanese bilingual/biliterate proficiency is a plus
