Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a sales-focused professional in Phoenix, AZ to drive growth across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes achieving monthly targets, promoting products at retail, and maintaining inventory integrity.

You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on compliance and customer relationships. Eligible candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience and be ready to travel for regular accounts calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, secure trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinate displays and promotions
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize stock issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience
