We are currently looking to add a Sales Account Manager to the Finance and Accounting division in Northern NJ.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities Of The Sales Account Manager
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase our staffing solutions and value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the Recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are met and candidates are placed successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Account Manager:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of new business development and experience in generating new business leads and sales, as well as a proven history of achieving sales quota.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage several prospects/proposals simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within the Little Falls, NJ office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Ability to travel between Atrium offices, as needed, including reliable means of transportation.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience is required.
