Job Description:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting our technology, products, and services, establishing client relationships, and providing sales nurturing and support to our clients or prospects. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, as well as those of our competitors, and collaborate with the sales and professional services departments. The Account Manager will work with prospective and existing clients, support them in defining their needs, keep them informed of available products and enhancements, and close sales opportunities. The focus of this position will be in the US, where the successful candidate will build sustainable and long-term relationships within the c-store, co-ops, and fuel dealer industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Annual Sales Forecast:
  • Own and close new logo and back-to-base sales, meeting quarterly sales booking targets, focusing on high-value opportunities aligned with the annual sales forecast and individual targets.
  • Regularly update the forecast to reflect the current pipeline status weekly.
  • Actively participate in the sales process to meet and exceed personal sales quotas.
  • Sales Strategy, Process & Pipeline:
    • Maintain the integrity of the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and information sharing among the sales team.
    • Provide insights to Marketing on customer personas, competitive intelligence, and market trends to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
    • Contribute to DevOps with customer insights, feature requests, and product issues.
    • Participate in joint planning sessions with Marketing to align product launches, promotions, and events with the sales calendar.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, value proposition, and differentiators.
