Job summary

ECP Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in our rental equipment business from a high-energy office in Tempe, AZ. You will manage existing accounts, prospect new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver equipment on time.

The role offers uncapped bonuses based on individual and team performance, with a focus on relationship-building, quotes, and product recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software (Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites (local travel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities within your accounts and cross sell additional services and products.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Provide quotes and assist customers in selecting the right rental equipment for their needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions, sales activities, and order history in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
• Conduct occasional site visits to build rapport with customers and assess their needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and industry conferences.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, onsite, inside sales position with occasional visits to customer sites.
