Job Summary: The Sales Account Manager at EasyLinx will be a results-driven professional responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding market share in the US and abroad. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B solution selling, particularly within regulated gaming and amusement environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving our year-on-year revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation:
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new client accounts within the specified target markets.
  • Drive sales of EasyLinx's proprietary software and hardware solutions to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing to the company’s overall goal.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiation.
  • Understand and articulate the unique value proposition of EasyLinx's software and hardware solutions to diverse customer segments.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the gaming and amusement sectors.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity reports in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market needs, competitive activities, and product enhancement opportunities.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of EasyLinx's software functionalities and hardware specifications.
  • Effectively demonstrate and present solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to specific needs and pain points.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this Role:

  • Achieve personal revenue targets aligned with overall company growth goals.
  • Number of new customer acquisitions per target market.
  • Conversion rates at various stages of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably in technology or software sales.
  • Direct experience selling software and hardware solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to travel frequently (estimated 30-50%) within the U.S. and internationally (e.g., Caribbean).
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments within the gaming/casino industry.
  • Existing network within the target markets
  • Experience selling into the amusement, coin-operated, slot machine, or casino industries.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant plus.
