About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic, service-driven team. This is a remote position available to candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones, with occasional travel or collaboration tied to our Longwood, Florida office.
In this client-facing role, you’ll manage a high-volume book of medium to large commercial accounts, supporting complex service needs and delivering tailored risk solutions across key industries including general construction, non-profits, real estate, and manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for large and national accounts
Handle all aspects of account servicing, renewals, endorsements, and policy administration
Collaborate with producers and carriers to provide strategic solutions and maintain strong client relationships
Analyze risk exposures and coverage needs to ensure optimal placement and protection
Stay on top of industry trends and market shifts relevant to your assigned sectors
Utilize your expertise to guide clients through claims, audits, and risk mitigation strategies
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, preferably with large or complex accounts
Deep knowledge of commercial insurance markets, coverages, and carrier relationships
A current Florida 2-20 license or equivalent (required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts efficiently
Excellent communication and client service skills
Familiarity with a range of industries including construction, real estate, nonprofits, and manufacturing is a plus
