Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to cultivate lasting customer relationships, grow existing business, and drive our continued success. The role features a hybrid schedule, field activity in assigned territory, and a base salary with commissions.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong account growth skills, and proficiency with Salesforce to manage pipeline and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven selling skills related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Retain & Grow Existing Business: Rebooks and retains business with site visits and calls; upsell additional products and services into accounts; maintain knowledge of products, services, and pricing; serve as primary contact for accounts.
• Gain New Business: Build relationships with prospects; deliver strategic sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales; use Salesforce to manage pipeline and reporting.

Retain & Grow Existing Business

• Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and calls
• Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account
• Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts

Gain New Business

• Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationships
• Generates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales
• Utilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting

• Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/oracquiringnew business, with the ability toidentifyunique customer needs
