Base pay range

We’re hiring a Senior National Account Manager to join a high-performing, energetic sales team at a global software solutions firm. You’ll be part of a company with more than two decades of success and a delivery model trusted by startups and enterprise brands alike.

This is not a “churn and burn” sales role. This is a long-game opportunity where every new account you land can continue earning you residual commission for years to come.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business acquisition across industries (healthcare, payments, logistics, hospitality, and more).
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand a prospect’s business goals and uncover tech-driven solutions from a vast portfolio of software services.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities generated through marketing, trade shows, social media, and your own research.
  • Develop your own book of business by building strong client relationships that translate into recurring revenue.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows (25–35% travel) building credibility and pipeline face-to-face.
  • Use a proprietary CRM system to manage leads, track activity, and monitor client engagement from first call to close.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and internal solution consultants to scope projects and create proposals that align with client needs.
  • Report to senior sales leadership and receive coaching, support, and structure to help you hit and exceed targets.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to SAP Business 1 or NetSuite
  • Proven track record in new business development, cold outreach, and closing complex deals.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills you can quickly grasp a client's goals and articulate how software can support them.
  • Confidence working independently and managing your pipeline with CRM tools.
  • Comfort with digital tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, prospecting tools, etc.) to research, connect, and present.
  • Bonus if you bring industry expertise in verticals like healthcare, fintech, logistics, or hospitality
