Job description

Job Description

You will be responsible for renewals and upsells with a defined set of Nexthink's largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for these accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to support our key clients.

What you will do in this role:

  1. Provide strategic leadership to clients.
  2. Manage relationships between customers and Nexthink.
  3. Collaborate with solution teams to develop tailored Nexthink solutions based on customer strategic outcomes.
  4. Manage all executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clients.
  5. Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deploying global resources.
  6. Build trust and multi-tiered relationships within clients' organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
  7. Develop clear roadmaps and build capabilities across clients and Nexthink teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  8. Achieve financial targets for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Native German speaker, based in Germany.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Client Director or similar role, with proven multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management.
  • Driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Disciplined in managing time and resources, with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities.
  • Intelligent, with the ability to learn quickly and establish credibility.
