Job summary
Thundersoft is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs and salary review processes. The role focuses on benchmarking, market data analysis, and HR analytics to drive pay decisions.
The candidate will use Excel and Workday/ServiceNow to prepare reports and communicate policies. An in-person interview is required in San Diego, CA, reflecting a hands-on, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Compensation/HR/Finance or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking and salary survey analysis
- Experience managing employee/customer inquiries and explaining compensation policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analyze market salary data from surveys (Mercer/Radford/Aon-Hewitt or similar)
- Analyze compensation data in Excel to support salary recommendations and annual reviews
- Support salary review cycles, incentive programs, compensation budgets, and pay equity analysis
- Manage employee inquiries and communicate compensation policies effectively
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to create competitive compensation packages
- Prepare compensation reports and data-driven recommendations
- Utilize Workday and ServiceNow for HR and compensation processes
