Job summary

Daily Grill Concepts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and support the General Manager in daily restaurant performance. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff development, and maintaining the company culture across the brand’s venues.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant and strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage shifts and train staff.

Qualifications

• Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong multi-tasking ability with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Positive and professional attitude.

Headquartered in Palm Desert, CA, Daily Grill Concepts is a restaurant company with 5 restaurants in two states. The Company boasts 2 different, yet complimentary brands, spanning the spectrum from Casual Daily Grill to the hip and trendy Public School Gastro Pubs.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager!

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for FOH in assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant including the selection, development and performance management of employees, guest satisfaction and maintaining the company culture of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
