Trolley House Refreshments, the convenience services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies in Richmond, is hiring for full-time morning positions. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assembling salads and sandwiches, and maintaining clean, organized work areas for daily retail service.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
• Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts for retail sale.
• Organize packaged food items and stage for drivers.
• Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment and work areas; ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Label and date all food products and follow food safety rules.
