Job summary

Bonduelle in Georgia is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to assist the Team Lead in SALAD PRODUCTION, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. You will monitor associates, support training, manage breaks, and ensure inventory placement and product availability.

Responsibilities include communicating with production staff, verifying transit numbers, performing cycle counts, following GMP/Safety guidelines, and maintaining paperwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Two years forklift experience.
• Good math comprehension and computer skills.
• Team player with ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work in a cold environment.
• Able to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced setting.
• Understand plant KPIs (production, quality and safety).
• English reading, writing and speaking preferred.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work of associates according to their function and assist with training new hires and coordinating breaks.
• Oversee timely and proper placement of items in inventories.
• Coordinate and communicate with production personnel regarding product availability, aging issues, and selective product usage.
• Verify in transit numbers from Transportation; investigate discrepancies and report to Supervisor.
• Fill in for Team Lead and associates as needed.
• Communicate with drivers and report load status to Dispatch as needed.
• Complete required operational departmental forms.
• Ensure associates rotate and pick according to schedule; review paperwork for completeness.
• Assign work orders and perform routine cycle counts.
• Adhere to GMP/PPE and safety guidelines and food safety/quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
