Job summary

Bonduelle in California is seeking a Team Member on the manufacturing floor to support production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines, verify lot numbers and labels, and contribute to de-coring, trimming, and packaging tasks while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This role requires clear communication, the ability to operate around moving equipment in a wet environment, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Follows GMP/PPE/Safety guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Understands production schedules and product specs.
• Identifies defects per product specifications.
• Maintains safe working environment and clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP and sanitation guidelines.
• Understand production schedules and data (lot numbers, SKUs) and production flow.
• Identify inconsistencies per product specs (foreign objects, mis-labeling).
• Remove defects from produce that are not acceptable in finished product.
• Perform de-coring, trimming, chopping and mixing per specs.
• Validate printed labels reflect work orders.
• Operate packaging equipment and hand pallet jack, and palletize finished goods.
• Maintain clean work area and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
