Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Salad Prep Worker to support our busy kitchen and guest services. You will set up the salad bar, prepare salads and sides, and maintain food safety practices throughout service.

You’ll be part of a fun, values-driven team at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, dedicated to creating smiles. Ideal candidates are physically capable, able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for the full shift, with a commitment to hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up salad bar, condiments, and soup and bread station, ensuring they are cleaned and stocked during service.
• Prepare all salads and sides according to recipe and production pars for general service and catering functions.
• Apply and maintain all Food Safety practices.
• Assist our guests, as needed, in a friendly, professional manner.
