Job summary

Parkhurst Dining Services, Inc. is seeking a Salad Prep Worker to join our Parkhurst Dining team in Pittsburgh. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, with room for growth in a values-driven environment and supportive team.

You’ll set up salad bar, prep salads and sides to recipes, follow food safety practices, assist guests, and maintain supplies. We offer a 20% discount at our brands and opportunities for internal promotion within Eat’n Park Hospitality

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up salad bar, condiments, and soup and bread station, ensuring cleanliness and stocking throughout service.
• Prepare all salads and sides according to recipes and production pars for general service and catering.
• Apply and maintain all Food Safety practices.
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and use Parkhurst Hospitality Imperatives.
• Maintain open communication with management regarding products and supplies.
