Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals including deli/salad items and catering orders.
• Chop/slice meats, cheese and vegetables; cook and assemble sandwiches and grab-and-go items.
• Stock stations with all necessary items for service.
• Bake, roast, broil and steam meats, fish, vegetables and other foods.
• Carve and prepare meats/seafood for hot or cold service.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, presentable department.
