Mixt in Oakland is seeking a passionate Salad Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare guest, catering, and online orders to precise specifications, maintain a stocked line, and ensure cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec with portion accuracy.
• Keep the line stocked and ready throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist in prep work, restocking, and utensil/bowl cleaning.
• Help close by cleaning and organizing salad line, prep tables and equipment.
• Follow knife safety protocols and learn seasonal menu changes.
• Adhere to uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by manager.
