Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling.
• Strong knife skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh salads and cold dishes using high-quality ingredients.
