Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Stadium Tech Center, Santa Clara, CA. The role requires 1–3 years of commercial kitchen food prep experience, and English and Spanish speaking skills are preferred.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with open availability. Duties include slicing meats and cheeses, preparing sandwiches and salads, stocking deli items, and maintaining cleanliness and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of commercial kitchen food prep experience required.
• English and Spanish speaking abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef for prep guidance.
• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to standards.
• Stock and replenish deli/cold products per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling per HACCP.
• Assist coworkers to meet service and inventory standards.
