Bon Appét Management Company is hiring immediately for a full‑time Cold Food (Salad) position at the Stadium Tech Center, 5470 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. One to three years of commercial kitchen food prep experience required; English and Spanish skills preferred.

Pay range is $24.00–$26.00 per hour. Assistance with benefits is included; the role involves preparing salads and cold items, using slicing equipment, and upholding HACCP

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial kitchen food prep experience required.
• Excellent English and Spanish speaking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Maintains proper portion control and serving temperatures.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met.
