Job summary

Eurest in Santa Clara, CA is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at Agilent. You will cut and prepare deli items and serve salads and sandwiches.

Must have high-volume salad and sandwich bar experience and be able to work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have high-volume salad and sandwich bar experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation.
• Stores food following HACCP standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes counters, surfaces, and equipment.
• Operates slicing machine to slice meats and cheeses.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment.
