Job summary

Eurest at Darden Headquarters in Orlando is hiring a full-time Cold Food (Salad) associate. The role includes cutting deli meats, vegetables, and cheeses, and preparing and serving sandwiches, salads and other cold items.

The position emphasizes sanitation, ServSafe and HACCP compliance, and teamwork with cooks and coworkers. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–2:30 pm with an $18.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

Maintains sanitation and safety per ServSafe/HACCP requirements.
Able to prepare deli meats, cheeses and salads following standards.
Works with team to meet daily production needs.

Responsibilities

Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses using slicing equipment.
Prepares sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products as directed.
Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and inventory control.
Maintains proper portion control and temperatures per guidelines.
