Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Cold Food (Salad) position at 159 Terminal Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066. You will slice deli meats and cheeses, prepare sandwiches, salads and other cold items according to production standards.

The role requires food service/cooking experience, Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:30 pm, with a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Compass Group values diversity and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Food service/cooking experience required.
• Must be able to operate deli slicing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation.
• Stores food following HACCP and rotation procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and adheres to sanitation guidelines.
