Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Cold Food (Salad) worker at Fairfield Country Day School in Fairfield, CT. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with no weekends, holidays, or summers off for students.

Prior salad bar and cold prep experience is required. Responsibilities include slicing deli meats and vegetables, assembling sandwiches and salads, and maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment per HACCP standards.

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following guidelines.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas following HACCP standards.
• Interacts with coworkers to ensure service standards and cash control.
