Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Rosemont is hiring for a Market Table Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support salad bar preparation and dessert presentation. You will help present items according to recipe and assist with inventory and cleanliness to maintain high standards.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability on weekends and holidays. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and short-term disability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
