Job summary

Cincinnati Children's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full-time Salad Bar Attendant for the Burnet Campus. You will maintain the appearance and organization of the salad bar, stock and rotate ingredients, and ensure freshness and proper labeling during daily service.

The role requires a 11a-7:30p shift with every other weekend and every other holiday; you will provide friendly guest service and support other food service areas during peak times while following HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the salad bar throughout service
• Stock, replenish, and rotate salad bar ingredients, toppings, dressings, and supplies
• Monitor product quality and remove or replace items as needed to ensure freshness
• Ensure food is properly labeled, stored, and displayed according to food safety standards
• Clean and sanitize counters, utensils, sneeze guards, serving containers, and surrounding work areas
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
• Support other retail food service areas during peak operational periods as needed
• Follow all departmental safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and HACCP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
