This role emphasizes up-selling, training on wine service, and inventory oversight to drive beverage sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have extensive wine knowledge, sommelier training, and proven ability to lead by example in premium outlets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of food and wines.
• Several wine courses and sommelier training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity.
• Meet established up-selling and sales goals.
• To maximize all beverage sales through promotions and server participation.
• To assist in the carrying out of training sessions relating to wine service.
• To carry out a monthly beverage inventory and assist in sales reports.
• To review wine list and liquor inventory on an ongoing basis.
