Job summary

Vintage Hotels & Niagara’s Finest Hotels is seeking a Server - Sake for Masaki Sushi. You will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest service, leveraging extensive wine knowledge, and promoting beverage sales in a premium setting.

Five years of premium F&B experience and wine training are preferred to thrive in this role. You will work closely with a tenured team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in premium F&B outlets/facilities.
• Solid knowledge of food and wines.
• Multiple wine courses and sommelier training.
• Experience in upselling and sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service and maintain high service standards.
• Meet or exceed upselling and sales targets.
• Manage beverage inventory and assist in sales reports.
• Review wine list and liquor inventory regularly.
• Assist in staff training and ensure departmental standards are met.
• Create a positive example for team members during service.
