Skills Required
- At least 8+ years hands‑on experience managing delivery of very large‑scale SailPoint IIQ migration projects with thousands of application migrations and onboardings to SailPoint
- Prior hands‑on experience working as engineer, architect or BA in SailPoint IIQ migration and implementation projects
- Prior hands‑on experience as a project manager of SailPoint IIQ implementation and migration projects
- In‑depth knowledge and understanding of lifecycle of SailPoint migration projects, typical challenges, issues and problems
- Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and relation to SailPoint IIQ
- Audit, risk and compliance knowledge for IAM and cybersecurity
- Knowledge on IT and security standards and regulations such as SOX, ISO27001, SOC1/SOC2, COBIT, GDPR, CCPA
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled in coordinating and communicating with customer and vendors to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in anticipating problems, roadblocks, risks and effectively communicating and managing them
- Skilled in project financial management, tracking budgets, resourcing cost and managing P/L of project
- Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Set up the full lifecycle of SailPoint migration projects with customer processes from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Actively manage and ensure projects meet budgetary, timeline, security, compliance and P&L targets.
- Ensure any potential issues are identified, set up and monitor rectification plan with PM and flag to delivery leadership for visibility and inputs.
- Ensure adherence to SOW scope and use appropriate mechanisms to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Have weekly connects with PMs to review project plan, project status, ensure any issues and roadblocks are identified and planned for rectification.
- Ensure coordination and tracking with internal teams for project deliverables, invoicing, P&L, resource fulfillment, risk tracking activities.
- Ensure resource fulfillment through internal and external processes on time for planned project activities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for third‑party contracting parties, vendors, managing relationships and expectations. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction. Get weekly feedback and inputs from customer leadership on meeting customer expectations and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the first level of escalation after project manager for customer concerns.
- Have regular conversations with customer cyber leadership in other IAM and cyber domains, identify and map new opportunities for growth with account leadership.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure internal and customer processes are followed to achieve internal and customer risk and compliance parameters. Report and escalations to management as needed.
