• Manage incidents, events, problems, changes, and production releases for SailPoint IIQ IGA.
• Coordinate with MSP resources and business owners to capture and prioritize requirements.
• Support SOX compliance activities and report on control improvements.
• Plan IT activities to manage service levels and track ENP tickets for the IGA system.
• Document and evaluate control deficiencies and communicate findings to leadership.
