Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and govern SailPoint IIQ-based IGA solutions for enterprise access. You will onboard applications, configure LCM workflows, and manage access certifications while developing custom rules and integrations with AD, LDAP, and cloud providers.

The role requires strong Java/BeanShell scripting skills and excellent client-facing communication to support audits and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ architecture and LCM configuration.
• Strong Java/BeanShell development and web service integrations.
• Hands-on SQL querying with Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP and cloud identity providers.
• Certifications like SailPoint CIQ Engineer/Architect are valued.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for secure enterprise access.
• Gather business requirements and architect SailPoint IIQ frameworks.
• Onboard applications and integrate systems using connectors (AD, LDAP, databases, cloud apps).
• Configure automated joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle provisioning workflows.
• Set up and manage access certification campaigns, and role mining operations.
• Develop custom rules, forms, and BeanShell/Java scripts for client needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support audits.
