Job summary

Syncreon Consulting seeks a Cyber Security Analyst specialized in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join our client-focused security engineering team. You will drive development and integration efforts around identity governance, access provisioning, and lifecycle workflows in complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years of hands-on IIQ experience, strong Java and SQL skills, and a proven ability to deliver secure, auditable solutions within regulated financial services

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of hands‑on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Proficiency with IIQ 8.x+, workflows, rules, plugins, provisioning and governance.
• Strong Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint API skills.
• Experience with auditing, custom reports and dashboards.
• Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Git and SSBB‑based development/deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently and document technical work clearly.
