Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise‑wide identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ and Identity Security Cloud. You will help enforce RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust while supporting federal compliance initiatives.

The role requires collaborating across stakeholders, implementing JML processes, and maintaining secure, scalable IAM across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Requires active government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years in IAM with 4+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE or DoD 8570/8140 IAT II compliant cert (e.g., CYSA+, GSEC, CISSP).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills with independently delivering complex technical work.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Integrate enterprise apps, directories, and cloud services via REST/SCIM connectors.
• Automate joiner/mover/leaver (JML) workflows across hybrid infra.
• Configure access certification campaigns and SoD enforcement policies.
• Support RBAC/ABAC models to minimize over-privileged access.
• Perform health checks, tuning, patching, and DB maintenance in SailPoint envs.
• Ensure alignment with DoD/Federal cybersecurity standards and STIGs.
• Serve as senior escalation point for provisioning errors and sync issues.
