Job summary

Jazz Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior SailPoint Architect/IGA SME to lead the design, integration, and operation of IdentityIQ in a large federal environment.

You will oversee provisioning, certifications, correlation, and reporting across multiple bureaus, ensuring secure, highly available IAM services within AWS GovCloud. The role requires 10+ years in IAM/ICAM with strong SailPoint expertise, and collaboration with ICAM, cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to meet FISMA, RMF, and FedRAMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years IAM/ICAM experience with 7+ years SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering/architecture.
• Expert knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, lifecycle workflows, provisioning, certifications, and integrations.
• Experience architecting SailPoint in large federal or managed-service environments with complex sources and connectors.
• Experience with AD/Azure, APIs, ServiceNow/ITSM, cloud-hosted federal systems, FISMA/RMF, and high-availability operations.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting, data-quality remediation, and mentoring/knowledge transfer.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification(s) relevant to senior engineering responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to travel 20-40% to DC area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture direction, governance, and Tier 3 engineering support for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop and maintain SailPoint architecture for a large federal environment with proper data governance.
• Architect and oversee SailPoint workflows, provisioning, and entitlements; manage recertification and reporting.
• Lead integrations with HRConnect, USAccess, ITM, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, AD/Azure, and other sources.
• Ensure DHS CDM data population and audit/reporting readiness; support RMF/ATO processes.
• Provide architecture leadership for metadata, data integrity, and connector health.
• Design for 99.9% availability in AWS GovCloud FedRAMP High; coordinate with CyberArk and monitoring tools.
• Lead Tier 3 issues, RCA, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to federal personnel.
