Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer in San Antonio, TX to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide identity governance systems using SailPoint IIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud. This role requires strong IAM experience, DoD/NIST STIG compliance, and hands-on Java/API development with RBAC/ABAC modeling.

The ideal candidate will integrate SailPoint with AD/Entra ID/LDAP, build RESTful interfaces, and support DoD ICAM programs in a cloud

Qualifications

• Must hold an active government security clearance.
• Six years in IAM with hands-on SailPoint engineering/administration.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II compliant certs or higher.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Integrate enterprise apps, directories, and cloud services via REST/SCIM connectors.
• Implement JML provisioning across hybrid infra.
• Configure access certification campaigns and SoD enforcement.
• Support RBAC/ABAC models to reduce over-privilege access.
• Perform system health checks, patching, and DB maintenance.
• Ensure STIG/NIST alignment and support ATO assessments.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for provisioning issues.
