Job summary

NikSoft Systems Corporation seeks a skilled ICAM/SailPoint IdentityIQ Workflow Developer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IGA solutions. You will build and customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, lifecycle events, and connectors to enable secure automated provisioning across hybrid and cloud ecosystems.

In addition to SailPoint development, you will leverage .NET/C# to integrate and support custom identity services and Microsoft endpoints, ensuring scalable IAM across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience is required.
• Strong Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL proficiency with .NET/C# integration.
• Experience with directory services (AD/LDAP), relational databases, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ workflows, life cycle events, rules, and forms.
• Create and configure connectors for AD/LDAP, HR databases, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop .NET applications or scripts to interface with SailPoint and legacy systems.
• Build automated JML lifecycle workflows and access provisioning logic.
• Support governance, RBAC, access certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Provide Tier 3 support for provisioning failures and connector issues.
