Job summary

NikSoft Systems Corp is seeking a Senior ICAM Engineer with deep experience planning, designing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in large enterprise environments, including DoD and federal agencies.

You will configure and customize IdentityIQ, build workflows, and integrate with ForgeRock AM, Ping, or Okta while addressing security, availability, and DoD policies; collaboration with senior engineers and architects is required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing identity and access management and IGA processes.
• Hands-on in building SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and forms.
• Experience integrating ICAM with web apps and external connectors.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP and directory services, databases, and app servers.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC authentication standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, deployment, and support of the enterprise IGA with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, campaigns, and access reviews.
• Integrate SailPoint with ForgeRock, Ping, or Okta for authentication/authorization.
• Ensure security, reliability, and DoD-adherent compliance across deployments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable ICAM solutions.
