Job summary

Cyderes is seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role designs, implements, integrates, and supports SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments, with a focus on onboarding, lifecycle management, and governance.

The position leads IIQ implementations, builds connectors, collaborates with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, and cloud platforms, and mentors junior IAM engineers in a fast-paced security-focused

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• 7+ years IAM or cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience developing SailPoint IIQ rules using Java, BeanShell and XML.
• Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.
• Expertise integrating SailPoint with REST APIs, SOAP, SQL, and LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Lead end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Configure and develop workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications including Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
• Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations.
• Support identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
• Design and implement RBAC and governance frameworks.
• Configure and manage access certifications, SoD, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during incidents.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions and IAM strategy initiatives.
