Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ developers to design and implement IAM workflows, rules, and plugins at enterprise scale in a hybrid Pittsburgh-based setting.

Role focuses on SoD policy automation, custom reporting, and integrating with multiple applications using IdentityIQ APIs, Java, and BeanShell. 12-month contract with remote possibility for strong candidates; W2 benefits available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
• Workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, and approvals.
• Implementation of complex SoD policies and automation.
• Knowledge of SailPoint auditing and audit data.
• Custom reports and dashboards development.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Git and SSB-based development or deployment processes.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting SailPoint integrations and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IdentityIQ workflows for provisioning, approvals, certifications, remediation, and governance.
• Develop custom rules using BeanShell and Java.
• Build plugins and custom extensions for IdentityIQ.
• Configure applications, integrations, lifecycle events, and access requests.
• Implement complex SoD policies and related automation.
• Support policy evaluation, violation handling, lookback analysis, and remediation.
• Configure auditing and develop custom audit and operational reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot workflow, provisioning, integration, and performance issues.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
• Follow Git and SSB development and deployment practices.
• Prepare technical and operational documentation.
