Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade apps.
• 2+ years SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/ISC).
• Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, directory services and identity providers.
• Understanding of scalable design and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Lifecycle RBAC models.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
