Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform. You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
The role requires strong SailPoint background, experience with HRIS and directory services, and collaboration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- 2+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC experience.
- Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
- Experience with HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the IAM platform services.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams.
- Deliver RBAC models, lifecycle workflows, and provisioning automation.
